Our History
The firm Erwee Incorporated (then Erwee Attorneys) first opened its doors on 1 November 1998 and took Musina by storm with its fast, effective and accurate legal services.
When the doors first opened in 1998, the firm started with 3 staff members. The firm soon expanded and Mrs. Venessa van Wyk, former senior prosecutor, joined the firm. Today we proudly employ 28 staff members.
As a versatile, stable and ever expanding firm, Erwee Incorporated has built a reputation for being a force to be reckoned with, distinguished by great efficiency. We are in association with Dyason Attorneys, Pretoria for the past 18 years.
History of Erwee
Hennie Erwee
Founder & Director
Hennie Erwee has seen himself move through the ranks from humble beginnings when his career started as a Captain in the Detective Branch at the South African Police Force, Paarl after matriculating in 1987.
Mr. Erwee obtained his Diploma IURIS and Baccalaureus Proc in 1996 at the University of South Africa. He completed his articles with Oosthuizen & Kie Attorneys, Paarl.
Mr. Erwee saw potential and founded his own firm right here in Musina and has since become a force to be reckoned with in the legal community.
Our Facilities
Erwee Incorporated is easily accessible to all our clients, located at 9 Irwin Street in the heart of Musina.
Our office hours are from 08:00 – 17:00 Mondays to Thursdays and 08:00 – 16:30 on Fridays to accommodate all our clients.
We have a professional receptionist able to meet all the demands of our high call volume and provide a friendly welcome when attending our offices.
We are equipped with 3 boardrooms enabling us to accommodate small and large groups of clients for consultations and meetings.

Vanessa van Wyk
Senior Partner
Former Senior Prosecutor with extensive criminal law experience. Joined the firm during early expansion phase. Specializes in criminal defense, family law, and civil litigation.
Keeaga Moyo
Paralegal
A dedicated paralegal who plays a vital role in supporting the firm's attorneys. Keeaga handles all preparatory paperwork and legal drafting, lodges claims on behalf of clients, conducts client consultations, and manages civil claims from inception through to resolution.
Elize Jansen
Real Estate Agent
Our experienced real estate agent responsible for managing the firm's entire property portfolio. Elize oversees all property listings, coordinates viewings, and guides clients through every step of buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties in the region.
